Cos mackerel has 19 grams of protein compared to 16 of the more expensive brand. Great for a low calorie, high protein snack. Use on crackers or chips.
Nice, oily fish with a strong flavor. Not fishy. The fish is so tasty & buttery in the soybean oil.

Cons
A slurry is a mixture of solids denser than water suspended in liquid. The mackerel is broken into small pieces and packaged in soybean oil. It is almost impossible to separate the oil from the fish and you end up eating almost all of the oil.
