Its comfortable but our kid weighs 27 pounds do it gets tiring after about 30 minutes not due to product
However the chicco carrier is lighter has a better sun shield rain shield and most importantly is a more compact product

The packaging appeared to be damaged but the box inside kept it from being damaged in any way

Many backpacks have compartments behind where the child sits not this one it comes with a fanny pack that you can choose to loop through the waist strap or chose to leave at home

If i were to request any changes id suggest a multipoint attachment system combining the shoulder and lap belt in a similar fashion to a car seat

It is 6 pounds by it self so the first time i tried it with my 22 pounds baby it feels heavy
