Pros

It comes with two collets, the american standard 1/4 size and the metric 6mm. Has plenty of power to run a 2 roloc wheel or carbide bur bit. Runs super quiet without sacrificing power.

It's very easy to attach sanding/grinding discs to the grinder. Used it for small wire wheel or grinding for welds. Used daily for 6 months in a steel facility.

Replaced a cheapo central pneumatic angle die grinder with this one. This is a surprisingly fast and strong shortie diegrinder.

Also theres no need to wrench it on like a lug nut. If you turn the inner screw, the tool adjusts its speed accordingly, which is really handy when driving something like a wire brush so it doesn't overspeed.

Cons

This seems like a huge flaw, but maybe i just got a bad one? But leaking oil is a deal breaker.
