It came out of the package perfectly no damage no stains and so far just three threads strings coming off of it

I didnt know how i was going to feel about the ruffles not going all the way to the top but because i fold the top end down anyway its not even an issue

You can fold the ruffles up or down they arent just sewed so they dont move
