    After a hasty look at the description of this book i had added it to my christmas list unaware that it was a collection of short stories

    Some of the stories show a connection but others are more standalone but each gives a unique portrait of regular lives

    Chestnut street by maeve binchyin the foreword of this collection of short stories it says that chestnut street is fictional probably so are its inhabitants
