Holy smokes is this a lot of seeds! More than enough seed to do this several times over. Super seller and fast shipping. The kernels are uniformly shaped and appear to be of good quality.

Maybe it's because it is organic and there are lots of natural microbes that would not be on chemically treated seed. When i soak these seeds they ferment quickly and i rinse them but they ferment soon again.
