I am so happy with the purchase

We drink a lot of tea and use the kettle daily and we are very happy with it in all aspects

Im not discounting anyone elses experience maybe the quality went downhill since my last purchase

However with the amount of use this gets in my home and in my motherinlaws i dont mind replacing it after several years

They emailed me shipping labels to get it out there and sent me a replacement about a month later
