My henckels are sharper than new. To those who say this unit scratched their i'm not sure how you managed that.

The only reason i purchased this item is because it could be serviced. I believe, someone intentionally mislead the customers with misleading title and description.

Theoretically, this sharpener sounds perfect but upon using i realized it is:. It’s not worth 150$ for a throwaway sharpener. It's not easy to use. The thing about cheap styrofoam is that they break into small pieces and stick to everything.

I have tried a lot of the other fail safe gadgets
Ive never had knives sharpened professionally but i cant imagine a pro would do a whole lot better than this machine
