Pros & Cons
Pros
Easy to clean as long as you remember to spray it before use. Super easy to clean and was really easy to get the food out. It is great to use.
I love the spatula that came with it; it's nice and sturdy! The material is very nice as well. I wish though the sides has a bit of an extension with a grin to easily grab with the baking mitts.
The only drawback is my doughnuts do have to cook longer in these but i feel like that’s a small price to pay.

I thought these silicone molds were magic but they do require quite a bit of spray oil or shortening before baking if you want them to release

My biggest surprise was that this mismatched set doesnt match my recipes which call for two 9cup pans
Posted by a reviewer on Amazon
I assumed that the volume of one 9cup and one smaller 12cup pan would use all the batter
Posted by a reviewer on Amazon
That leads me to another observation which is that its surprisingly difficult to get the batter in the cups especially the small ones

I spooned it initially making a mess but on the second try with these pans i used a pastry bag with equally bad results
Posted by a reviewer on Amazon
Because the amount of batter i had remaining overfilled the pastry bag and i was distracted watching it come out the top and run all over my hands as i was trying to circle the small forms

And finally baked doughnuts are ok but of course are not the same as fried ones so you may not want to make a lot of these
