At 5x, the elastic waist fits me just right (i weigh 310 lbs), and there's a drawstring if i need to tighten them. Even if these pants may be a little shallow in the * for most guys, they are lightweight and well-spaced for mobility.

Cons

Some smalls fit like a medium or even a large, but with a small tag on them.
