Pros & Cons
Cons
Casting is crude and the iron appears brittle. It barely flattens the dough to a 4 inch tortilla. The two plates are uneven.
The cotter pin is a complete nightmare to remove and replace.
Highlights
Quality
I am very pleased with this product
Product is exactly as described very pleased with the quality especially for such a reasonable cost
Just not as enthused with the weight or lack thereof
Price
This was a great price and love the price
Competitiveness
This does knot weigh a ton and works as avertised
Otherwise works fine much to my familys delight

The red powder coating on it is nice but i’m not sure how it’ll hold up it’s already flaking at the lever arm but that’s ok you need to use plastic wrap regardless of the press you use to peel the tortillas from the press and get them to the pan

Then i had to complete them by hand using a rolling pin

The press does not make them thin enough

I made the mistake of rolling my first attempt too thick too thin is definitely better
