Pros

This griddle is amazing. Highly recommend. Wife has thanked me for it on numerous occasions.

I use it with either pam or oil because i have never found that non stick is really non stick without some help. The food does not stick, it cooks evenly. It's not a slick smooth, but stuff doesn't stick to it.

It thaws meat 3 times as fast, it cooks evenly, it cleans up great. Works ewell for defrosting as well.

Cons

The lifetime of this item is too short. It has stains and sticky residue that is not washing off. A griddle that does not last beyond several months isn't worth buying.

It thaws meat 3 times as fast it cooks evenly it cleans up great

I paid for shipping surprisingly little and in a week even with the christmas shipping rush i had a new griddle

It sits out on the stove so storage really isnt a problem
