Highlights
Quality
I am very happy with this product
Obviously we were happy with the old chefs choice slicer to get this replacement
There were no problems with the button it just seemed awkward
Compared with the chefs choice 610 under 100 630 was made in germany that is all
Price
It is easy to clean and the product is well worth the price
Packaging/appearance
You have to put pressor on the it anyway
Competitiveness
Much better than the cheaper underpowered models that are nearly impossible to clean properly
Its relatively compact when not in use it fits on our undercounter turnaround
At this point ill give it a 4star rather than a 5star because its only been used once
I think it is because there is a 630 varitilt and you will pay anoth 50 more just for marketing
