I am using this helpful knife at home and it is nice to have a very good quality knife at home so you can be quicker while you cook i am passionate about doing this i throw away my old knifes which doe snot cut very well and annoy me this has a very comfortable way of holding it is not heavy hover it is big one also it has a nice colour and the handle is wooden similar to wooden it cames with german stainless which seems to be good and last more time i like that is very good size knife n
