Please be sure not to put these in the dishwasher and to clean by hand as i think the dishwasher would ruin them

The majority of the edges felt smooth to the touch but there were some rougher spots especially along the top edges

The edges of the handle cutout were straight rather than rounded and rough all the way around

Despite the fact that the board was directly on the countertop with no rubber on the bottoms to grip the boards never moved as i cut and sliced

The only reason i rated them at 4 stars rather than 5 is because of the rough edges on the finished product
