Pros & Cons
Pros
Tiny mesh but strong. This unbleached item fits that goal. With a closer weave, it filters more efficiently.
The quantity to price ratio is great, and when i run out, i'll be ordering this again!
Using it to make ricotta cheese, and to strain seeds out of puréed fruit. Nice for draining homemade yogurt. Used for roasting turkey.

If it becomes clogged it is heavy enough to rinse out and continue instead of having to cut a new piece but it is cheap enough to throw away when done with each batch of stock
