It isn't as dense as a memory foam pillow, but it has more softness and structure than a regular bed pillow. The removable pillow cover is made of a very nice and soft material. I hope it will soften a little with use.

Cons

The quality of the pillow is seriously lacking and the cost is way too high. It has zero give and isnt fluffable. The pillow arrive with a strange odor. Sad disappointment and waste of money.

It is stiff, and bulky. Feels like an arm on a couch, not a pillow. I'm not sure why this particular arrangement messed me up so bad.
