Pros & Cons
Pros
The pizza peel makes getting the the pizza to the oven an cinch and prevents burns. Peel works great with a cornmeal sprinkle. Dough mat is thinner than commercial mats but still gets the job done.
Works great though. Literally thebest, makes the entire set worth the cost. I would put these in a permanent list for people that need a quick idea for a house warning gift.
Cutter is razor sharp. Clings to counter.
Much easier than a roller pizza cutter! Peel handle easily folds for storage, washes clean and is sturdy for pizza up to 12.
