Three vertical motors make this little submarine more stable than it otherwise would be. Will test in a lake or pond this weekend. Range is as advertised, but it does cut out quite quickly once it passes that.
It's the cheapest underwater drone i could find on amazon. Exceeded expectations. The clarity of the camera is incredible!
Chasing dory underwater drone is an amazing drone. It is lightweight so it is easy to transport. The drone is very maneuverable.
Cons
When wifi is lost, the recording stops but the app record button appears active. In turbid water the propellers stir up lots of loose sediment. The camera and picture quality appear it would be great, perhaps mine is just defective.
Chasing dory's wifi totally stopped. Nobody ever follows up.

I almost didnt buy it just because of the name my apologies to person that made the decision on that name

The case for the chasing dory is really nice but it only holds the sub and not the buoy or tether
