Beautiful skirt but no where near white it is more of a silver color with white shimmer pleats

The waist band bubbles just a tad so you have to make sure the skirt is pulled down so it won’t bubble at the waist

The lining is kind of thin and clingy and does not keep the skirt from being quite seethrough in certain lighting

Its a pull on elastic waisted skirt so theres no reason why it shouldnt stay put unless you ordered a size too big
