Please beware that the internal diameter is for the wider tubing such as the littman cardiology it does have a small foam insert to make it fit the smaller tubing such as for my pediatric stethoscope which i bought it for but it looks tacky

I hadnt ever paid attention to the difference in size of the tubing of different stethoscopes until i saw that this charm didnt fit right
