I am 5ft 9in and i weigh 190 lbs this is the first shirt that i have found that fits my body i have large shoulders and biceps and a musclar chest so this shirt drapes perfectly on me it is snug on my biceps but not tight i ordered the large and the length is also perfect hou can wear tucked in or out and so far the fabric has held up to several washings i do wash them in cold water and low heat to dry dont know if that makes a difference just wanted to share
