Pros

Great seal and keeps dough soft during proofing. Perfect to retain steam and moisture. Maintains a strong seal.

Good quality and have some heft, which i like. Great for getting a grip on jar lids, slippery door knobs, etc.

On the counter for same day or in the fridge for up to 48 hour sourdough. Can be used in microwave, stove and even oven.

Cons

When you lift them off the water droplets that have collected on the top drip all over the place. The idea is great, silicone is not conducive to odor-free.

I could not find lid for my big skillet and a replacement lid was way more expensive than this product

I use it with my large frying pan and yes there is suction when you lift it back up off of the pot

I also use it to cover bowls in the fridge
