No installation the gps doesnt move and i can just take it with me when i leave the car

I had the garmin version of this base and i hated it because every time you took a sharp turn the gps would fly off the dash because the base did not grip well enough

Yet it picks up very easily to remove from the car leaving no a gps was here rings or residue on the dash

Be careful about where you put it in the car the base is adjusted via little plastic teeth for lack of a better word

They have a tendency to break off if the holder is forced out by a drop or by setting something on top of it making the holder harder to attach securely to the base
