A little of these chips go a long way and the end result was a delicious strong smokey charcoal flavour

After 20 mins the sausages took on a smokey colour and i then put them over the hot coals to finish grilling them

A lovely smell and taste nice big bag of wood chips or various sizes that produce a nice strong smoke flavour to your foods

I used on some cumberland sausages in my bbq kettle i soaked the chips overnight in water and a little whiskey and popped a few chips on my hot coals as my sausages were cooking putting on the lid to trap the smoke
