Pros

Once heated it does a really nice job. Great for chicken, burgers, seafood, hotdogs taste awesome.

Bought this grill for a condo. Never have to buy propane. It is very convenient to not need to refill a propane tank.

Cons

This one is a real disappointment. Extremely poor quality control. Called amazon to help deal with this moronic response.

After light use it's common for the handle control insert to malfunction and overheat your wiring. The minute you open the grill to put food on, the temperature drops significantly. Perhaps a faulty heating element.

The infrared is amazing but the grill is poorly crafted. The company needs to revamp this grill. The finish on top cover is dull and discolored.
