Pros
The small increments of tightening/loosening (about 1/4 ) allows it to be much more comfortable than the average belt with holes placed at 1 inch increments. Use 5-6 days a week for work and have items clipped to our scraping past without issue.
Leather is good quality. Less expensive then purchasing new belts. It's not the flimsy leather you find on some cheaper belts. The belts are nicely finished.

I like the fact that when they said it was real leather that it was actually leather not fake leather

I had to replace the belts because they cracked and became warn in places leading me to believe they were not leather as i was told
