When i first got the wig i didnt like the texture but it still was a beautiful wig so i was sending it back but i decide to keep the wig the person i talk to was so helpful his name was alex great customer service and hair dont let nb tell you nothing different this is a really great wig better than the higher price wig i saw ijs thanks so much keep up the good job👌👍 very realistic when you put it on
