Pros

The glacier blue is gorgeous and looks nice in our kitchen. I am totally shocked to see so many negative reviews but they mostly seem to be with the enamel ones. Durable and easy to use.

Chantal classic tea kettle is my favorite kettle i have ever owned. It looks very classy on our gas stove and the whistle. There is no mistaking that water is boiling with this whistle.

The workmanship is poor. Too bad a once great product is now *. I'm thankful to amazon and their customer service for allowing me to return it and at least get the partial refund.

For the outrageous price, it is very dangerous to use. And they are designed to be virtually un-repairable. It is not and i have to agree with the other viewers.
