Channellock 480 20 inch pliers. Not a chinese knockoff, its the real channelock. Never skip there groove and pinch your hand. Better price than the hardware store.
Had no problem removing 5 1/2 desiccant filter. Excellent tool. Will update with good / bad report after use.

Maybe over time and a little wear this may improve however now they require a fine alignment to engage
