These extenders work great but the fabric is a little itchy at first. Recently hurt my arm & the extenders make it much easier to get my bras on. Easy to attach.

Obviously if the b indicates a 2in bigger measure on the bust compared to the band

Then just switching from 36b to 38b means not only did your chestrib region get larger 2 inches but your bust must also have grownfilled in 2 inches

It seemed that 38a 38in band 39in bust would be a good step up from 36b 36in band 38in bust to accomodate a bigger rib cage but not much bust growth in my 40 year old bust
