Pros
Had a last minute crafting project and was intimidated by trying to use a hot glue gun for the first time in about 15 years. It seems sturdy and well made. My mom is in love with it and says she recommends it for anyone that does crafts.
Cons
The glue is so hot i have had 2nd degree burns from accidentally dripping glue on myself. If i have several minutes between uses, it drips it gobs of glue all over.

We all noticed the huge difference between this one which is a lot lighter and never gets too hot to hold but also doesnt drip as much
