Pros

The chandelier is beautiful however the description of the product stated it came with detailed instructions and a toll-free number for technical support. Crystals are nice and heavy not cheap plastic.

Take all the pieces out and line them up and its a no brainer.

This chandelier is everything and more. It is absolutely amazing. See picture. This chandelier is lovely.

The crystal are not real, they are plastic and many had chipped. The issue is the bad workmanship of this product. Make the entire fixture off baland and cheap!

    The only problem is the nipple that comes with this product is too short so we called manufacturer for a longer one but got the same size so we have to get a nut bolt to connect two
