Im giving 4 stars as ive been having issues with my echo losing its signal some i added it so im not sure if the metal under and around the case is causing this

Looks just as pictured and sound is not at all distorted however it is difficult to turn the volume dial manually

I am a bit dense when it comes to mechanical things so ill say that you have to put the cord for the echo up through the hole provided and then attach the cord to the echo and pull the cord back down as you lower the echo
