It was very confusing how to figure out how to get to the right mode on the watch so i can know how many calories im burning but also now i cant figure out how to show the calories im burning while its actually happening

I am starting in getting healthy and fit and it was important that i track my heart rate as well as calories expended when working out as i find the machines to be extremely inaccurate

First of all the manual is tough to read if you have never owned a hrm

Ive never owned one before and i didnt know if i had to sync it with the watch or just wet it and start the workout
