This is pretty heavy i dont have a way to weigh it because of the elongated shape but i would expect it is at least 10 pounds possibly more like 15

The title is a bit confusing this is more like four feet long including two hard plasticrubber balls on the ends

Perhaps the 30 inches refers to the straight part and not the bits that are angled out

It came in a beatup box but the bar itself was not damaged in the least

Purchased this bar and have no problems with the quality however when i took it out of the box i discovered it was missing one or the knobs for the end
