This product actually grabs the whole spikes piece instead of trying to insert the two prong into the holes on the spikes like other wrenches

It came with no instructions so i assume its fairly easy use but when i try to put one of the ends in it doesnt lock in or anything

Update turns out i am just not the brightest bulb in the chandelier and just needed to push really hard i am week so it probably isnt very hard for most people to get the tips in
