Pros

Easy to install and set up. Everyone innthe family has the app. The only issue it is not listed in google and alexa compatible list.

The absence of any responsive customer support from the manufacturer is a major letdown. Tesla integration is terrible too because the tesla powers down at night. Technical support very bad.

The myq garage door controller is not as good as it sounds. It works 80% of the time but it drops signal to the garage door opener and becomes unresponsive. The door sensors are battery powered and they dont last more than a couple of weeks.

Despite the substantial issues faced and the inability to resolve them, i am hopeful for a refund despite the return constraints.
