Before even though the bottoms of the chair legs had a protective plastic circle it sounded like i was scratching my flooring to the point of no return

We were tired of the little felt pads that pick up every piece of dust and animal hair and fall off after a very short time

These seemed different and for the price it didnt seem like it would be wasteful if they didnt work too well

To be fair there are only two of us and the chairs dont get moved as often as chairs in a house with a larger family

And while our dogs dont shed there are still a few hairs here and there but these socks dont end up looking like some apocalyptic dust bunny took up residence on them

The description says theyll last at least 3 months but i imagine since our chairs dont move as much as others we might get a longer use
