Overall product taste and flavour is outstanding. Love the capsules. Good price and exceptional delivery service.
Has helped improve my sleeps, energy levels and aids with mental clarity. I also suffer from eczema and have noticed my face is less dry. I believe it’s properties is good for your collagen.

And combine with a steady diet of excercise and you wont have to bother with stressed out over worked noncaring medical people who just make you sicker and sicker

I didnt find these gave me any extra energy or anything like this the betaglucans arent every high but i ran out a day ago now im having some tummydigestive issues i havent had pretty much since starting these
