Please note that it is very strong and half a teaspoon max is needed per cup mixed with hot not boiling water

Roughly 12 a day to get through a day of pain while still having excruciating pain at times and didnt sleep 3 days at a time most of the time

Now i didnt really expect anything and tbh he didnt take for a while as doesnt believe in these herbal things and being old fashioned wouldnt take heed or care
