For these i bought the straps a size smaller than the shoe as recommended by other reviewers so im still in the process of breaking them in

U do have to wear them a few times to get used to having the support but after that

In fact the entire footbed feels like it was molded around my foot and the straps dont flop at all

The size 10 same as my flips were a teeny bit longer than the originals so i sent them back and reordered a size 8
