Pros

Each time you change the sensor, you save the transmitter and use it on the next sensor. Receiver or approved smartphone. Grateful to be able to obtain the sensors.

Cons

If you are not covered by an insurance that agrees to pay these outrageous prices, or you are wealthy, it's impossible to afford close to $1,000. No sensor. May have been just a bad batch.

I bought these for my daughter she has type 1 diabetes and these dexcom sensors keep failing

Glad to get my dexcom sensors earlier than amazon forecasted
