Bought to convert my ipod classic fourth generation to an ssd had some difficulty doing so but i cannot say it was the fault of the product and not me for doing it wrong

I ended shorting this out and had to buy a replacement drive and cable will attempt a conversion later on

Had to trim some pins to make it fit

You will know it works if you plug it in and a red led on the board starts to flash

Did notice however that when i closed the case either a black spot was appearing on the screen or the screen would go blank
