Diameter at my knuckles in 8. Less need to squeeze too much. Relieved some stress on my palms.

Unlike my previous ones that really started coming apart after a few months, these hold up well to heavy use and wash. They look and feel like they'll last, too.

Cons

The xl pair i have is so tight that circulation gets cut off and after a few minutes loss of feeling. No padding. Left glove worn only two hours without subjecting to anything other than wearing the glove.
