My life was miserable living in a hot country made it worse saudi arabia i’m a dental student i wear a shirt under my scrubs or else sweat would be coming down my arms and because of this i’m embarrassed to even lift my arms just so people don’t see the large sweat circles under my arms

I couldnt wear certain things i couldnt lift my arms id basically have to hide my underarms at all times because it was so bad
