Conductirs were stiff and dfficult to bend compared to wire from other sources theouter sheathing was loose and hard to pull without ripping it wrinkled when bent into a loop to enterboxes the ink on the wire identification was smeared and the guage and number of conductors was net readable i suspect the wire was factory reject warning this wire is not to code in canada
