I give them 4 stars because they function fine just not the size i want

Not only did they weigh the crust down perfectly to prevent blisters but i also noticed much even heat distribution throughout the entire crust including the sides

It doesnt effect their function but the ceramic pieces seemed to be of a few different shades and some of them were fractured rather than whole spheres

I sorted them and threw out a small number to kept only the good pieces

Therefore the sides dont work their way down toward the bottom of the base of the pie while it is prebaking

The only way to improve is is to find some way to link them all to gather

One bag would have been too little so i would rather buy one bigger more expensive bag than two but since i knew that information it was fine
