Pros

Everything comes out beautiful and yummy. Grease is very easy to clean off. Cleaning up is a breeze.

This roasting pan is fabulous! It roasts everything perfectly and is a breeze to clean up. The pan is large enough to roast a turkey, make lasagna or anything else.

Heavy gauge heats evenly. The pan is sturdy and does not warp. The weight and sturdiness of it feels like i will be able to pass it down to the next generation. It is well made and sturdy.

Cons

The quality of the products is unexpectedly inconsistent. The item received is warp - very disappointing.

Competitiveness

Not too big but not too small it may not hold a 20lb roast but it will provide a durable choice for lasagna or roast chicken

Ive used various allclad lines for years

It would probably fit a 20lb no problem
