Most positive reviewquestion

Great for practicing takedowns and throws. Easily the best takedown dummy that I have seen. Good quality and durable.

Very smart design, it can handle leg kicks to a point, but this was made to be a takedown/grappling dummy.

I've only had this for a week now, but my initial impression is that it's fun to have, great for certain things, useless for others.

But for all that it is, especially for beginner bjj students, it really didn't help with drilling takedowns and for open guard attacks and sweeps against a standing opponent.

So i bought one of those legged dummies with the extended arms and rigid legs to use for takedowns and open guard, but it was too bulky, thick, heavy, and not ideal.
