The proman * is the best thing hands down for bjj drilling and solo practice. Great for judo throws and bjj take downs. Not so good for newaza training but it's the best on the market for stand up.

The only thing to look out for is the zipper isnt covered and the little ykk zipper handle keeps digging into my mats when i do a take down

Very smart design it can handle leg kicks to a point but this was made to be a takedowngrappling dummy
